What does Muchalka mean? مچلکہ

A muchalka is a bond — in bail matters, the personal or surety bond the court requires before releasing an accused on bail.

Bail orders often state an amount, such as “surety bonds of PKR 100,000 with one surety”, to be furnished to the satisfaction of the court.

Submitting the bonds is a practical to-do after bail is granted — Munshi records it as a task on the case.

In Munshi

When you say “muchalka” in a voice note, Munshi stores it as surety bonds so search and printed cause lists stay consistent.
