Apple App Store
If you download Digital Munshi: Lawyer Case Diary from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) (opens in a new tab), together with our Terms of Service and Subscription Terms. Where they conflict regarding the App Store version, Apple’s Standard EULA prevails. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.
Licence for all platforms
Subject to these terms, Digital Munshi grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Munshi apps on devices you own or control, for your own professional use (or your chamber’s, within its seats).
You may not: copy, modify, or create derivative works of the app; reverse engineer it except as permitted by law; rent, lease, sell or sublicense it; or remove proprietary notices.
Updates
We may provide updates (including over-the-air updates) to fix problems or improve features. Some updates may be required to keep using the app.
Termination
This licence ends automatically if you breach these terms or delete your account. On termination you must stop using the app; your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Warranty and liability
The warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability in our Terms of Service apply.
