Digital Munshi: Lawyer Case Diary asks only for what a feature needs, and it explains why before Android or iOS shows the permission prompt. You can change any permission later in your phone’s settings.

What Munshi does not do

  • It does not record in the background. The mic works only after you press it, and recording stops when you stop it or when the note reaches 3 minutes.
  • It does not read your contacts, SMS, call logs or WhatsApp chats.
  • It does not track your location.

Changing a permission

  • Android: Settings → Apps → Digital Munshi → Permissions.
  • iPhone: Settings → Digital Munshi.
